Verified US college students get 12 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate free (plus 12 months Microsoft 365 Premium and a free Xbox controller) when they buy a qualifying Windows 11 PC
How much: 12 months Game Pass Ultimate + 12 months M365 Premium + Xbox controller (with qualifying PC purchase)
Microsoft's 2026 Ultimate College Bundle gives verified college students a free 1-year Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription (valued around $275.88), a free 1-year Microsoft 365 Premium subscription, and a free Xbox Design Lab wireless controller. The catch: it requires the purchase of a select Windows 11 PC. There is no standalone student discount on Game Pass; the value is entirely tied to the qualifying PC purchase.
