These terms apply to your use of studentsoar.com (“StudentSoar”), operated by AB Echelon, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using StudentSoar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What StudentSoar is
StudentSoar is a directory of student discounts, free tools, and perks offered by other companies. We research and regularly re-check every listing, but the offers themselves come from those companies, not from us. They can change, end, or have conditions we don't control. Each listing shows the date we last verified it. Always confirm the final terms on the brand's own site before you buy.
Accounts
- You don't need an account to browse. Accounts are free.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Give us accurate information and keep access to your account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person.
Student verification
You can verify your student status by confirming a school email address you control. Only verify with your own school email. Verifying with someone else's address, or otherwise misrepresenting your student status, isn't allowed, and we may remove verified status or the account if we find it. Brands may also run their own eligibility checks when you claim a deal; their decision is final for their offer.
Third-party sites and deals
When you click through to claim a deal, you leave StudentSoar and go to another company's site. Your purchase or sign-up there is between you and that company, under their terms and privacy policy. We aren't responsible for their products, services, pricing, or practices. Some links may be affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.
Using the site fairly
Please don't:
- break the law, or use StudentSoar to harm or defraud anyone, including brands;
- interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- use automated tools in a way that overloads the site, or copy our content in bulk to republish as your own (ordinary search-engine and AI-assistant indexing is welcome);
- abuse sign-in or verification emails, for example by sending them to other people's addresses.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using StudentSoar and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Our content
The StudentSoar name, design, and the descriptions, guides, and verification notes we write belong to us. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their offers. Feel free to share links to any page.
Disclaimers
StudentSoar is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep listings accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that any deal is available, accurate, or right for you, or that the site will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AB Echelon, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a third party's offer, product, or service. Our total liability for any claim related to StudentSoar is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll give account holders notice. If you keep using StudentSoar after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
