The details

Pays up to $6,000 per semester (up to $12,000 per year per ADHE's ACCESS page) for tuition and program fees; graduate programs may also be covered with the same work requirement. Recipients must teach in an Arkansas public school for each year of funding, starting within one year of completion; otherwise the money converts into a loan to be repaid. Renewed yearly after spring while eligibility continues (no reapplication). The ACCESS Act gives preference to juniors and seniors and is expected to include private schools and academy attendees by Fall 2026. Subject to the state scholarship stacking law (may be reduced if over cost of attendance).
