The details
State law waives tuition for active members in good standing of the Connecticut Army or Air National Guard, certified by the Adjutant General, at CT State Community College (undergraduate degree programs) and at the Connecticut State Universities and UConn (undergraduate or graduate degree programs), full- or part-time. At UConn it applies to all academic terms for matriculated students and covers only the tuition line on the fee bill. Statutory waiver under CGS 10a-77 (CT State Community College), 10a-99 (Connecticut State Universities) and 10a-105 (UConn). Covers tuition only, not fees, books, parking or room and board. The waiver is reduced by any education reimbursement from an employer.
