The details
For high school juniors and seniors enrolled full-time at an eligible community college to earn an associate degree by high school graduation. $2,000 per semester ($4,000 per year). Requires a 3.0 high school GPA at the end of sophomore year, reapplying each year, a 3.0 semester college GPA and full-time enrollment. Students who don't receive it in the fall of junior year can't get it later; it can't be combined with the Dual Enrollment Grant or regained once lost. Ends at an associate degree, high school graduation, or two years after starting. Time in middle college doesn't count against HOPE's five-year limit.
