The details

Full tuition and mandatory fees at approved Illinois public colleges; at approved private Illinois colleges, up to the cost of the most expensive comparable program at an Illinois public college. Undergraduate or graduate, at least half-time, for up to the equivalent of four academic years of full-time study (48 eligibility units). Covers out-of-district costs at a community college for courses not offered in-district. You do not need to be an Illinois resident when you enroll. If funding falls short, awards may be prorated; ISAC warned 2026-27 may not cover full benefits each term.
