The details
Delaware takes part in the Southern Regional Education Board Veterinary Medicine Contract Program, paying for contract seats so Delaware residents admitted to the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine or Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine pay the Georgia or Oklahoma resident tuition rate. Up to one Delaware resident in each school's entering class. Being admitted does not guarantee a contract seat; participation depends on funding from the Delaware General Assembly each year.
