The details
Last-dollar grant covering tuition and mandatory fees for qualifying high-value certificate programs in Advanced Manufacturing, Building & Construction, Health Sciences, IT & Business Services, and Transportation & Logistics, at Ivy Tech Community College, Vincennes University, Indiana Institute of Technology or other approved providers. Available for two years, up to the credits the program requires; does not cover courses outside the certificate, program-specific fees, or equipment. Applied after the federal Pell Grant, so the award can be reduced. 2026-27 restriction: first-time dependent students (by FAFSA dependency status) are NOT eligible; only independent students and dependent students continuing a program they used the grant for in 2025-26. Dependent students must enroll full-time; independent students at least half-time. Not limited by family income; the April 15 state deadline does not apply.
