The details

Funded by interest earned on the B&H fund, so the number and size of grants change each year. Participating schools (2026 page): Beau Monde College of Hair Design, College of Hair Design Careers, Northwest College of Hair Design, Phagans Beauty College, Phagans Central Oregon Beauty College, Phagans Grants Pass College of Beauty, Phagans School of Beauty, Phagans School of Hair Design, Summit Salon Academy (Phagans Tigard Beauty School). OSAC tells each school every February how many grants it has; the school picks eligible students with significant need.
